Here is a picture of a car that I do all the mechanical work on. Mirror Stainless Steel sheetmetal was used. The hood was removed and laid upside down and adhered with contact cement. It worked great. Let me know what you think.

I could get you the information where he got it and he could make you something similar for your hood if you could get a template to him. I will give you his phone number if you e-mail me or PM me. 5.0 Magazine just did a photo shoot when we were in Bradenton. He won 7 Awards that weekend. It should be in the Mag in a couple months or so.

Do you happen to have dwaynes phone number? I must have misplaced it by accident. I did talk to him a week or so ago. Im going to be making templetes this sunday and shipping them to him on monday. I just want him to be aware they are on the way. Also, I have a couple more questions to ask him about the stainless steel. You can email it to me at wildstang90@hotmail.com I still cant believe how good that looks! Thanks for all your help!

Man that looks awesome! You just gave me yet another future project! I take it you make cardboard templates then cut the stainless to those. Wow I like that a lot.

That car is definetly insane! The sickest mustang I have ever seen! How much does he have into that car, 200,000? Will the stainless be bendy or a solid piece?

It's hard to say how much he has invested into it. He is sponsered by Phoenix Gold Audio and Paxton Superchargers. He says if he finds the right buyer he would sell it for around $80,000 or so. Just the audio equiptment alone is valued at more than $30,000. That's without the install that he did with a friend. I was responsible for the engine, 5 lug conversion and all the mechanical work.
As for the stainless, I can't rember the exact thickness but it should have a little play in it. Dwayne will know.

Yes, he and a friend made the interior from scratch. Everything in the interior was replaced by hand made stuff. All the stainless stuff Dwayne made at a machine shop that he does work at.

That is very impressive to say the least.....the quality and workmanship is top notch. It must have took an insane amount of man hours to complete. The interior is very unique to say the least and looks of great quality, however it is not my style.....but as stated, very impressive, very nice, great quality just different.
