Do you have any other mods? A signature with your mod list helps to give us ideas of what may be going on.

What 86 said...

In addition, check for vac leaks and temporarily disconnect and cap your vac/boost gauge. If that fixes the problem. Find your self a piece of metal that fits snugly into the line for your vac gauge. Drill a .050 hole in that piece of metal and install it in-line of the gauge.

I've see this solve half a dozen or so, cases of the symptoms that you describe.

Are you running a MSD or another ignition system? The stocker won't always do the job when there's a power adder involved.

The only mods that are done to the car is the supercharger the fmu ford racing wires and a msd cap i am boosting around 6-7 psi I have went one step colder on the plugs and they are gapped at .050 I do not think that I mentioned that it was spark knocking when it is missing which kind of makes that it could be running lean by the way thanks for all of the help.

Where's your base timing set? That could very well be the cause of your detonation. You should close the plug gap down some, too. I bet you're blowing out the spark. I don't think I have my NA combo gapped that wide. Someone with a S/C will have to give you an idea where to gap the plugs, I don't have one and I'd probably just feed you some misinformation on that, having no experience in that area.
