MM's 4 Bolt Caster/Camber Plates Rock

I put them on because of excessive wear on the inside of the front tires. Boy was I surprised when I drove the car. The steering is smoother and more responsive plus the ride quality has improved. And, I can tell ya they look dam gorgeous under the hood.

I'm so stoked.

Not the best picture in the world so I guess staff photographer for Motor Trend is not going to happen.

I was not expecting anything along the lines of improved steering so it comes as a bonus. Perhaps it's the bearings that improve the steering and ride?

i took one look at the instructions and the bag of assorted spacers then decided to bring my car to a pro shop to have it done.

fyi - i was quoted about an hour and a half labor for the install. well, it took 3 hours though i was only charged for 1.5 hrs.. these guys do mustangs all day every day and even they had to pool their knowledge resources and extra hands to do this install. at my skill level i'd do a shifter swap, tune ups, water pump, alternator swap, exhaust and maybe a heater core if i have time. this job requires drilling and selecting the right parts so it's not a direct swap.

i thought this job was beyond my skill level and it looks like i was right.

btw - i was just tooling around in my "new" toy. maximum motorsports autocross and road race experience really shows up in these c/c plates as they do much more than just allow greater adjustment. i can tell ya the car is more fun to drive now with just a quick whip of the steering wheel and the car seems to turn on a dime and so smooth. i like my suspension better than the 03 cobra and mach 1 both of which i have had the pleasure of driving. (i do have several other suspension mods - of course)
