Ive saved up $700-750 for the stang. My current mods are in the sig. Right now im looking into Steeda Underdrive Pullies, 3.90 gears, and MM Subframe connectors.
The pullies are around $170, the gears $180, and the connectors $120. That alone totals $470 more or less. Therefor im left with about $280 for all installation costs. That seems alittle tight considering the installation costs for the gears would be decently high (subframes should be minimal). I know i can install the pullies myself.
Anyways, what other parts would i need for the gear installation? i only want to pay the shop for the work, not any parts. Therefor, what else would i need? (what speedo cal gear? other parts?) Finally, what companies make 3.90's? does Ford motorsports/racing or any other good companies make them? Otherwise ill be between 4.10s and 3.73, leaning toward 4.10s. (i drive 18 miles each way 6 days a week on the highway) Last question, what is a good price for gear installation? (either without parts, or with parts.)
