Motive 3.90 gears : good stuff?

wondering how the quality and fit & finish is on a ring & pinion by Motive. hate to buy a set of gears and things not line up and so on. also curious about their hardware ( shims, bearings, seals, crush sleeve, etc. ) that they send: cheap stuff or good stuff?

anyone that runs these please give me some feedback.

When you install them can u use the MHD method like you can with FRPP gears?

not real sure what the MHD method is ?
