My motor shakes from side to side, does this mean I need motor mounts? It shakes everything when the car is stopped and in Nuetral and I can actually hear my clutch turning. If I need them how hard are they to install?
Pretty good sign that a mount is shot. You can order them online or even from the stealership (which is where I got mine and the price wasn't too bad though this was years ago).
You could do the install yourself if you have some tools though a shop should only charge an hour or two for install.
dealer wants $50 a side, i just bought new ones 2 weeks ago, DO NOT GO TO ADVANCED AUTO!!, i went there first, they were $39 each, and they did not fit, they would no allow the engine to drop into the k member correctly........
