Change the oil first of all. Secondly, pull the distributor and fix the helical gear (usually a hex on Fords, and slots on Chevys) to an electric drill with an elongated shaft. Whichever direction your distributor rotates (opposite the engine rotation), run the drill that direction, and have someone watch your oil press gauge until it comes up to an acceptable pressure.
