So, I've got an aftermarket tachometer with came with the car and its' been mounted on the right side of the instrument pannel a.k.a. over the stereo with a velcro type thingy i dunno.

Neways, the velcro stuff can't seem to hold the Tach nemore when I floor it ... I've done a few mods since I bought the car.

So where does every have they're aftermarket tachometers mounted, what are your preferences, and how'd you mount... I don't want to crack my dash by just screwing it in if that's a precaution.

Thanx,
Jason

I'm going to see about putting mine on the gage cluster cover behind the rear defrost and flasher swithes. My dash is a pristine 25th anniversary piece and I just cant see poking holes in it, especially if I get a full Autometer cluster down the road and have no need for an external tach.
