moving air temp sensor with a s/c

I remember seeing a website that rec you relocate the air temp sensor if you are running a kb charger. Does anyone have info on this?

You can just lay it on the lower manifold and call it a day.
I know many guys that replace the lowers with no EGR and they lay it up on top of the mani, No prob's either.

Easy, just pull apart the driver side injector harness (takes 10 minutes). Get just enough wiring to put it where u want (mine is in my C&L cai intake elbow) and plug it back in. The thread is 3/8 mpt. Works great. The 4.6 cars all come with them already in the elbow as even ford realized it works better.

Do not lay it on the maifold.....u can do that with the egr sensor once u rig it to stay at 1/2 shaft if ur getting rid of ur egr. But do not lay the sensor on the maifold.....
