Moving up a heat range on spark plug with dyno tune

I have a car that was dyno tuned with autolite 24 plugs, would it hurt if these were stepped up to a autolite 25? The car has a slight miss in it at higher RPM's. My friend who has been a mechanic and raced cars for over 30 years thinks the plugs are being blown out and suggested trying a range hotter plug to see if that solved the problem
