I think this dude is proof the money makes you stupid. I used to respect his drive but I really think he's got a screw loose now. He's wrecking his whole empire.
I think musk is just tired of the extreme leftist/ socialist views in tech, he has enough money not to care but he's shining a spot light on the absolute bias that Twitter was, the mass exodus of employees making political statements and other tech firms using it as recruitment tool puts a spot light on it, that most are ignoring. Twitter was never profitable as a company, and was a cesspool for years, like most social media it is an echo chamber, reddit is not much different. Time will tell if we see what other "tech" companies swing widely left / socialist with all the new recruiting from ex Twitter employees and if the dot com bubble is about to repeats itself in tech... The way crypto is crashing and how tech is driven by advertising dollars the next few years should be pretty damn interesting. Personally I still won't use that site.
Scariest thing to me Musk made public was a Foreign born Muzzie woman was the one in charge of banning our president from Twitter.... Wake up people.....I wonder is she carries box cutters in her purse....
I'm not sure that is it. You don't spend that kind of money and make the moves he has on a whim unless you've lost touch with reality. He's not a leader of a company, just a financier. He's said himself he's not a CEO. I get the whole liberal bias thing but I think it's overblown and you certainly don't jeopardize your other businesses to make a statement. He's losing revenue that could make the platform profitable with his rash decisions. Something more is going on.
