I was coming home from dropping off my girlfriend tonight and I saw a deer on the side of the road sniffing the ground.. So I slowed down to about the speed you do when going over a speed bump. Then it looked up and looked back down, so began to go again, slowly and all of a sudden the deer goes into attack mode and charges the side of my car. My driver side front fender is pushed in a bit, my side corner lense is smashed, and I couldn't see anything else because it's 11.30PM and it's dark out... damn..that girls gone wild comercial just came on... anyway, where was I? oh.. well the deer snapped it's neck and I turned around to see if my corner lense may still be in one piece.. go figure, it was smashed. And the deer was on the side of the road twitching..

Anyway.. Guess it's time to put some clear corners in.. Tomorrow I'll order a set.. IPCW, APC, or Tucaon? anyone know which fit/look the best?

Thanks.

Sorry to hear about your car man, that sucks.
If a deer did that to my car I would get out and fight it. I'd probably get killed but that would get me so mad common sense would go out the window. If I did kill it I would piss on it, pour some gas on it and leave the f-er burning.
Making a rug or eating it's heart are also solid options. Atleast you have a reason to do some more mods. Are you going to tell your insurance company? Can you get some money from them for that?
Good luck,

Deer is a freak of nature accident your insurance should cover everything I'd get it looked at and appraised before you mess with it to much no reason to pay if you don't have to

They don't, most of the insurance here don't cover it because there's TOO much deers around here... I see one almost everyday crossing the road. I hit one last year right beside my college and had over 2000$ of damage.

Sounds like ya need some more deer hunters up there. Well ya still won the battle. Some dents and broken lights isnt quite as bad as being dead. I got some revenge for ya (plus some tasty meat for me!!) as i shot 2 deer today. I have shot 4 deer in the past 4 years plus i hit one with my 79 f 150. I learned my lesson there. I tried to swerve and avoid it well i still clipped the back end so it then bent the driver side of my grille guard, busted the headlight and the plastic around it. Then it put a dent in the bottom of my door and drivers side rear quarter panel at the bottom in front of the tire. If i wouldnt have swerved i would have hit it in the center of the grille guard where it is stronger plus no fender, door or headlight damage. Maybe next time ill aim for it and it will move of the the way? lol
