Mustang 2005 - Convertible Top Won't Go Up

Covertible top wont go up once down on 2005 mustang have checked fuses and brake light comes on on dashboard Where do i go next??

On mine I noticed that the widows have to be all the way down or you can't raise or lower the top, and you can't raise or lower the windows while the the top is in transition. Maybe yours has something similar preventing the top from going up?
