mustang 4 to v8 conversion codes. LIMP MODE

so i have a 89 mustang converted from 4cyl to an 8. i took the harnesses out of a convertible gt. put a explorer motor in. converted from speed density to mass air. i ran the codes for the non running test and got 21, 34, 51, 54, 85, 95. i know when i do the running test im supposed to pass that non running test first well i ran the test just to see what i would get and i got an 88, and 98 which is the fault mode and is also referred to limp-on mode. any help would be appreciated to what i have. if im missing out any info let me know

really i would appreciate any help. also one more problem is my brakes dont really work i even bled the brakes and got all the air out. but when i hook up the vaccum line up from the brake booster it pretty much does nothing.
