The Pacific Cascade Mustang Club is hosting a car show this Saturday, 8/20 at Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, Wa. Click on link for more info. It looks like they are full as far as registering to enter the show due to limited space on Bowen Scarff's lot. :( I called Bowen Scarff and was told anybody who is not pre-registered can show up early to wait for a place that might come open if somebody doesn't showup for their spot. I haven't decided if I'm going to try to get into this one, but I'll at least be there to see the cars.

The Pierce County Mustang Club is hosting the 13th annual Mustang & Ford show at South Hill Mall in Puyallup, WA on Sunday 8/21. Click here for more info. I'm already registered for this one, and I know from last year that they have plenty of room if you decide to show up and register on the day. See you there!

stands for nighthawk black pearl. and do you really call it honda? im taking an "unofficial" poll of people who call acuras "acura" and people who call them "hondas". do you usually say honda TL, honda RL, honda RSX?

I was kind of pissed off about the Ford show at Bowen Scarff. I went on their web site earlier in the week, and it said that pre-registration was full. So, I called them to find out if it was worth showing up or not. They said I could show up early with my car, and after they parked all the pre-registered cars, they would fill up empty slots of people that didn't show up with cars that were waiting. Then he said I was about the 20th call like this that day, and they've getting getting them all week. So, I was discouraged to show up and wait. When we got to the show to look around on Saturday at about noon (we were driving the Jeep), the guy at the gate asked if we were going to show a car!!!! Surprised at the question, I asked if they had room, and the guy said, "Sure! We have plenty of room!". I was so pissed off!!! Anyway, there were lots of beautiful cars there (I'll post pics later when I get home), including 4 Pantera's (first time I've seen that many all together). The food/drink was free, so I quickly felt a little better for the mix up.

On a positive note, we placed second in our class at the Pierce County Mustang Club show at South Hill Mall.... and we won the poker run!!!

Me and a couple friends showed up with our 'Stangs. They were pre-registered, I was'nt. I pulled into the waiting line for non-registered about 7:45, and just opened my hood and cleaned for at least 30 minutes. I was 3rd in line so I got in no problem. Alot less cars at the Pierce County Show. I got 3 nines in the Poker Walk but I knew that would'nt hold up. That GT 500 E that guy had was awesome. He started it up for us and it sounded  . Both shows were good I thought. :nice:

Here are some pics from the South Hill show, including the previously mentioned GT500E. I'd upload more from the Bowen Scarff show, but I can only upload and post 2 at a time.
