Hi,

I have (what I believe) to be a Monroe Handler.

I know it is not the original steel but a fibreglass copy - how can I tell if it is one of the original Monroe Handlers??

I always thought it to have a 302 with a dress up kit on it but am now being informed it may not be a 302 by the garage who currently have it. (could be a 351)

It does have the Centreline wheels with 4 studs.

I am also in the UK - did a Monroe travel over to the UK??

Any information regarding the Monroe would be very helpful... I would not expect to see another one over here!!!

Thanks

don't know much about the Monroe Handlers myself, but I would love to see some pics of yours if you have them.

Here's mine (as it sits today). There was a Monroe Handler that went to Belgium. It could have in theory ended up in England. I would like to know more about what you have. tetonvideo@gmail.com

Are you still looking for info on the Monroe Handler? I am the owner of 1 of the 6 fiberglass replicas and have the serial numbers of the others. I also have heard that the one in Belgium did end up in the UK and got destroyed somehow? No confirmation of that but I am interested as I am trying to find the other owners. Contact me at mikehaug@charter.net if you are still out there.

All monroe handlers are fibreglass body kits as far as I know. Possibly the one or two originals done for Monroe are different, but pretty sure they all have fibreglass body mods,
