It was 10/27 deposit paid and order placed. I have been in every other day in the last two weeks to check. Remember there are only 20 working days per month, so @ 881 Mustangs per day that would be 17,620 '05 Mustangs manufactured during the last month. In addition, take about 10% of that total away because those are export cars to Canada and other counties where the Mustang is sold. That leaves about 16,000 made for the US market.

I'm not trying to argue it just bafles me that they have built that many cars i 34 days and nobody knows anything about my car.

You should also find my posts on another thread about how the dealer allocation system works. If your dealer has already used up their allocations for your model and options, you may have a long wait.

Also My dealer has 8 cars on order and to this date the only cars that have shown up are 4 v-6's. So the allocation for gt is yet to be filled, or the allocation system really sucks!
