I think your only other option is getting into the SCT chip gig like all the other dyno shops around. They prolly have a "pay per car" license fee or something.
Install a Moates Quarterhorse (Welcome to www.moates.net! : Moates.Net) in the J3 port then use a laptop running either Binary Editor, EEC Editor, or Tunerpro (i use the latter two) to tune with. The quarterhorse is a live tunable emulator (when you make a change and hit enter, it immediatly updates, no shutdown and loading tunes into computer etc).
