Tune erased/wont start/91 fox body

Updated the software from V1 to V3 on my Terminator X and the tune wont load due to the change...now the car wont even start with the base tune. I've never had this issue before. Car was bought with only known upgrades: E-cam, Ford racing heads, Cobra intake, 70mm TB, 24lb injectors, Speed density, UD pulleys, BBK long tubes, Offroad H-pipe, flowmasters, 3G alternator, 3.73. Any help would be great, new to this forum.

Your no-start issue is caused by the version mismatch.


The V3 update introduces major firmware changes and a new Global Config File (GCF) structure.

The older V1 or V2 tunes do not automatically convert, and the ECU’s base wizard lacks specific parameters (like Speed Density settings or injector data).


If you didnt use the TFI module harness youre injecting fuel on a batch fire delivery and not SEFI.


Pull up the tune youre using and then copy n paste everything to a new base tune file thats modified by the V3 upgrades..

After you rewrite your tune using a base file with the V3 parameters you will need to run the setup wizard again to set the TPS parameters..
