WTF is with modifying V6's, i mean i know it's all rice and i'd hate it even more if they crapped out a V8 but come on... ahhh, all that money wasted.... leaves me speechless

Not quite, but Magnaflow's Mustang specific exhaust uses 3.5" diameter tail pipes. Yuck...

I was gonna say the same thing about the trend of WASTING thousands on mods that will never do a damn thing with a V6. Not totally knockin them, but come on ... all that is such POSER crap! Dual exhaust, cobra decals ... bla bla bla. Sell the damn V6 and just buy a V8 and you can probably STILL save some dough! $$$$

I was a little offended when I saw the pipes -- I know the 99+ cars love the 3.5" pipes, but I just don't care for them. I almost had a local muffler shop order me some 2.5" or 3.0" tips to replace these. I still might.

Here is a picture I just took a couple of minutes ago. Sorry about the low quality, when the sun hits the yellow it tends to wash out anything that's not as bright . I would have backed the car out of the garage, but I'm lazy, and it's really, really dirty right now... I don't want you guys to see how filthy it is.

i think they're ok, i actually think my 2.5 flows are a little too small from the back but i'm not bothered by it. I think yours would look cool with one of those bumpers that molds with the pipes (saleen or xenon or something, i can't remember)

That's probably why the 99+ cars can get away with the big pipes, their bumper wraps around it. I've actually thought about doing a Saleen kit. If I keep this car long enough, I might.
