so here is my story,

i have never even thought about owning an american car in my life, im 27 in the usaf stationed in korea. ive always been a huge fan of the import scene, now dont get me wrong im not ignorant, i know about both sides of the spectrum. but the over all FULL performance of a car is what i look for. not just strait line power. my past cars have been mr2's(not the new one), 03 evolution8(when they 1st came to the us),350z, and various others, non of wich were stock. i have always loved the basic american cars though such as the vette, camaro's, and mustangs, gto, viper and various others, but i felt that the rest of the world did a better job on a reliable good handling, better quality interior vehicles, in wich us americans were lacking in those areas. but when they introduced the new camaro my attention towards american cars and the better quality of a car they are making made me start to think. although the camaro was nice, it still is heavy, and overpriced! and it didnt have the performance i was looking for, until one day i read about the new mustang, and the miracle of a motor as id like to call it that ford slapped in there. a 412 hp high reving v8 got my attention, and not to mention it handles like an m3. so after doing my research i found the new 5.0 to be an ALL around great car, from the choices i made up for myself(sti',370z,evo,135i, a few others) i decided to go with the american v8 muscle for once since it got outstanding reviews. so i ordered a 2012 5.0 6spd in sterling grey metalic. it will be at my local ford dealer when im back in the US in may this year, and i cant wait. anyway thats my intoduction and my .02 cents.
