My $465.00 IC set up

I'm using a Fmic with 24x12x3" core over all length is 31"
bar and plate design with 3" inlet and outlet. 3" piping from SC to TB with a greddy type s bov/bypass. I kinda copied the BTI setup. I used 1 2.75 reducer from the SC outlet to the first pipe and 2 hump hoses. I have ordered tbolt clamps for all the connectons I'm a poor novice so don't jump on me to bad for my chop job.

Pipes, couplers, and clamps. 140 shipped
Intercooler..........................150 shipped
Bov pipe with flange..............40 shipped
Bov......................................40 shipped
upgraded Tbolt clamps..........55 shipped
Mics stuff..............................40

Looks great, but you severly weakened the front bumper by cutting out that portion. Just hope you don't get into a bad front end collision in the future.

That's sweet! I don't know what you mean by "chop job" but I think it looks damn good.

Kinda off topic: Where did you get those 45 degree cuplers? I need two of em. Are they silicone or rubber too? Thx

Looks cool. I am doing the samething. I have about the same into mine minus the bypass. Here is a pic of mine.

I didn't cut the bumper there is plenty of room so as not to cut it up. Unless you have a 4" core, which I might upgrade to in the future.

Half the intercooler sees no air? I was going to do it that way.

The couplers came with the kit.

www.siliconeintakes.com is a good source for tbolts clamps and couplers

Half of it is behind the bumper here too. Where is this getting air from? Besides the Procharger, Paxton, and anyother kit besides the BTI kit doesn't cut the bumper. By cutting the bumper if you get into an accident your insurance company can and probably will cancel your insurance.

Either way thet are both seeing the same air.

Why cut the bumper to allow air to get to it when the bumper cover blocks the air anyway..?
