With the gentle nudging of some members on here i went with the Ford AC delete bracket.
I got the kit, took it out of the box and said "where's the frackin directions!" went online and saw that others had the same problem so i took a couple of pics to try and help.

easy peasy, would have went smoother than it did if i could have done it all at once and not 20 min. here and a half hour there. I did have to disconnect the high side from my PS so the hard line part could be ran down, someone had put it so that it went between the bracket and the reservoir and would not swivel past either, you can see what im talking about in the top picture. i also had to buy a longer piece of return for the PS.

CJ pony's website said an 84.5 IIRC but with the underdrives its already out of range on the pulley, ill probably end up going with an 84.
Ive got all the stuff i took off sitting in a milk crate, the compressor had a bad spot in its rotation that you could hear as it spun. the system never worked as long as ive owned the car, probably about 14 years. ill weigh it all up when i can remember to take it to work and toss it on the scale.

Got the crate down to the yard today and weighed it up. includeing the milk crate it was at about 33 lbs give or take a little, i figure the crate is at a pound so that gives me 32 minus whatever the new brakets weigh.
I have not removed the lower line from the condenser and the condenser itself, my trans cooler is attached to it still, need to find a way to mount it then i can take out the condenser and drop some more weight.
