Responding emergency to a motor vehicle accident, I stopped at an intersection with lights and sirens on, then proceeded slowly through the intersection. Everybody stopped except for the minivan that went around everyone else and hit me at approz 60mph without hitting his brakes! He told the deputy investigating the accident "in my country (Mexico), we don't have to stop for emergency vehicles"

Not sure if he was legal because it was a work truck, he had a drivers license though. Luckily the owner of the truck had insurance, unfortunatley the car is a total loss

They ticketed him for "failure to respond to an emergency vehicle" and he wants to fight it in court!!!

But if that piping was really on the bottom of your front bumper and is a custom cold air ram box.....how did you not vacuum up water as you drove? Ever hit a pot hole full of water with that thing?

The ram air box was in the fenderwell with the cold air intake filter (pain the ass to get to the filter and clean it). It was high enough where the water wouldn't make it all the way up. I never had any problems with it.
