Hey guys I'm getting a 2001 mustang gt premium for my first car tomorrow and have big plans for it. Borla stingers, BBK catted xpipe, BBK Long tubes, BBK 83mm throttle body and plenum, CAI, any recommended brands on CAI? And what does the premium mean?
Any brand of cold air will do the same job. (pending it pulls from the fender and not the engine bay). It is more of an appearance upgrade vs power adder.
don't need any special type of intake I'd just recommend getting one that goes into the fender the ones that stay in the engine bay will do absolutely nothing maybe even hurt performance
Post pics when you get it also, its okay to do little mods, but if you have intentions on holding on to the car for 13 years (like i did) make sure you don't do any mods that you will have to do twice later. Example: don't buy longtube headers if you are planning to turbo the car eventually lol
