Mine will get mid 20s on sane, highway driving, mid teens on regular driving... and I dont know about all the got it today, tomorrow, pig or gas saver deal... Im just going with the flow of the thread!

it got good mpg when we took it back..my dad just kept his foot out of it....

there a difference in Highway driving and City....want me to explain???

highway. YOU JUST GO.

whole way home on the highway 70-75mph at about 1,800-2,000RPM....

You have it backwards. Any tool can do a brakestand, rolling burnouts are much cooler. If you're gonna stay in one place, you better be going through the gears. Once you get into 4th pull off the brakes and let er rip. To the thread starter, just hold it in 1st gear next time and keep the rpms up and it will be better, but not bad for a first time. My car is a 5spd, but I always dump the clutch in 2nd and ride the brakes, I've never used 1st gear in a burnout, it's a waste imo. Wheel speed ftw.

mhm o well..live and learn.....next time i will go into FULL detail about what i did and how i did to and why i got that mpg..
