My news toys, 75mm t/b & EGR. Only problem is the opening to the intake is smaller than them. Would it be cheep to have port work done or get a new intake manifold??

Stock intake manifold still? If so, that throttle body is too big. A 70mm throttle body will feed most h/c/i packages more than adequately. If you have a combo that warrants a 75mm throttle body, then you should already have a manifold (made for that size throttle body) as part of the package.
As far as porting goes, you can do it yourself with a dremel tool and some basic attachments. I port matched my throttle body, adapter elbow and upper and lower intake manifolds with my dremel tool. Good luck!

Yeah, that's waaaaaay more throttle body than you can use at this point. 65mm would have been much more suited to your combo and would have still been good after you get heads and an intake. I guess this means you have to break out the credit card and buy some heads, an intake and a new S-trim to make use of the new stuff. Bummer.

I bought the 75mm cuz I'm probley going to have my 331 stroker and turbo setup by next sumner,.... I didn't want to buy parts twice. As of now, I planing on a h/c/i combo from trick flow, or maybe a cheaper ford racing setup. I'm tired of my friends Gran Prix woopin me. He got a 13.60 flat!, and I'm stuck at a best of 13.73.

My Next time out will probley be the 23rd at bremerten for the CCC. I bought the T/b & EGR off ebay new for 170$. here's the link, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...60017964466&rd=1&sspagename=STRK:MEWN:IT&rd=1
