Just got rear-ended last week by a kid with no insurance and the car is totalled. The insurance has given me a 12k write-off. Does this sound like a good deal?

What was the condition of your car before the accident? How many miles did it have? Got any pixs of before the accident?

I will post pictures tonight the car had 78,700 miles......however they pulled a carfax and found the odometer had been changed previously. The car overall was a 7 the front was starting to look pretty bad from rock chips. The interior was painted to mystic the seats showed wear but the car is 9 years old. I think it is a good deal when I compare other 96 cobras. However how do you put a price on a vehicle they no longer make? Found 2 in Texas that sold for 15k and they are getting harder to find. The car was paid off. http://community.webshots.com/scrip...mID=81253059&photoID=81253753&security=zMGTGi

man that blows. sorry to hear. we have a dieing (sp?) breed. some dumbass pulled out into the side of mine 2 years ago in some little POS, but a few weeks in the shop put her back on the street... As for the $$, unforatunetly you won't get much more for it unless you can show reciepts for upgrades that are now lost...
