The agency has a great website located at www.nhtsa.gov with lots of great resources. It is kind of hard to find but on their site located at http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/home.cfm is a page where you can look up; Consumer Complaints, Defect Investigations, Recalls, Technical Service Bulletins, and Foreign Campaigns. You can also submit your own consumer complaint about a car problem here.

yeah i used too go there a lot and check out complaints on different cars. sometimes you can predict a upcomming recall by the complaints on there.
