If you want big power no doubt the 351 based engine is the way to go but for your 375 rwhp goal it isn't needed. You will deffinatly be better off with a aftermarket block if you plan to put nitrous on the engine. I think I would shoot for a 10.5:1 sompression ratio with aluminum heads and EFI and a good tune you should be ok on pump gas. I like the AFR 185's they are great heads and would more than likely meet your goal. I said I would use the TFS cnc'ed 185's mainly to try something a little different they are more expensive but if the flow numbers trickflow advertise are correct they are great flowing heads. I honestly think that 400rwhp would be possible with a combo like this. This is just a opinion though I haven't built a 331 or 347 stroker.

That would be pritty insane for a street car
