Need a vacume pump?? best deals

I have 347 with a high lift cam and need to get more vacume to my power brakes.. Who sells a vacume pump or does anybody know of the best way to get this done at a fair price?

Ford uses one on the F53 Diesel chassis. Its 12v. I dont know how much vacuum it makes??

Doesnt Summit make a vacuum kit? It probably really sucks...heh, get it?

I've seen belt driven ones, and thought WTF?

Get an electric one if you need it, there are many sources, check Summit and Jegs, I doubt you'll beat their prices.

Go with the 1969 Cougar setup. Extra cans to store the vacuum!!

I used the SSBC electric vacuum pump. A bit pricey @ $250, but it did the trick. What I didn't like was that it was loud and I had to move it a couple of times because it vibrated so much, I thought the car was going shake apart (fixed by fabricating a small muffler for it). The vacuum canister from Summit didn't do squat. It stores vacuum ok, but the engine doesn't produce enough vacuum to be able to store enough to work the booster reliably.
