Some very good information in here. I still have the winter to decide.

The things I'm looking at is reliable power. I want something that will hit easy 12's with bolt ons, and still drive every weekend.

No one thinking I should switch up to the S197 platform?

I would also consider an 05+ stang. The interior is nicer and has less squeeks and rattles. The 3v responds just as good as the 4v and also does well in N/A setups. You can find deals on them too right now. I think they shine the most in the handling department. The S197 platform doesnt push as bad through hard corners and feels more balanced under just about all conditions. I also like the fact that its a dedicated mustang platform not some barrowed 1970s flexable stuff. I actually considered selling my GT to pick one up at one time. Test drive both a S197 and a Termi a few times and see what you like best.

Wasn't really thinking about a GT, but may have to if they are as good as you say.

Was talking about a special edition GT such as the Roush or possibly Saleen. Obviously the supercharged versions.
