I just purchased a Series VI 2 weeks ago and the Team Disount does apply if you go through Saleen - I got a better price though through Haney Motorsports though you may want to givbe them a call

Saleen uses a whipple on there kits. The reason that oil leaks out of the front when they are tiped forward is because there is a vent hole in the bolt that holds the hub on the drive. The compressor only hold about 6-8 ounces of oil so the oil level for the compressor should probably be checked.

The Lysholm compressors have a vent in the top of the gear case. This I have seen on the KB units at least.

This must be what Saleen was referring to.

I would send it back nonetheless!

And Duner is right about the system, they are going to make STUPID power, more to come on that. It deserves it's own thread... Will post data soon.

The best I can tell, the Saleen VI and the Whipple are BOTH BASED on the Lysholm 2300AX. (Lysholm is part of the Opcon group)
