need brighter bulbs

I put on a set of BOI smoked headlights when i had my car repainted last july, but the stock bulbs just arent cutting it. ive got them aimed pretty good but i still have to drive with the high beams on all the time just to see at night. What kind of bulbs can i put in there to make them really bright? i don't have too much money to spend, and I also don't want bluish green light. thanks

IMO, id go sylvania silverstars... and the BEST place to get them, is ebay... i grabbed 2 sets off there for the same price as 1 set goes in the store.. about $25 or so after shipping, give or take a bit... deccent bang for the buck... ive never really tried nething else...

I use these and love them. They look like hid's and don't burn up the harness. Plus they light up the road better than the PIAA'a and Sylvastars I had. And there cheap.

I had to go with hid bulbs not real HID but bright at $250. LOL And lets not talk about glare!

Upgrade the bulbs and then it may take a week and you'll get used to the lighting.
