Do you want it to come up to the top of the rear seats or just put in a small false floor?

I just made mine out of 1/4" ply wood and carpet and some 1X2 pieces of pine. It was a pain to do and took a while but only costed like $70 to do. I had to keep measuring and cutting 1245345659 times to get everything to fit right. It was worth the time though

ok if it was so hard to measure it and figure it out, how about you hook me up with some dimensions. cause the motto at stangnet(or should be) is that once one stanger has done it the hard way he should enlighten the other stangers looking to be enlightened

I have a picture up here: http://mansonozz.corral.net/interior.html

I made a box for the sub on one side, an amp rack on the other, then cut out some trim panels to make it fill out the trunk. Then I made a stand for the cap and a backing plate.

It's not the greatest but it looks hot and I keep my spare tire. That was the goal.

The only other systems I've seen in convertibles either are not seen (slide under the top well) or take up the spare tire area; two things I didn't want.
