Need fastener screw for '95 headlight switch

I need the screw with the "donut hole" that holds the headlight switch on a '95 mustang to the metal plate behind the instrument panel. The screw on my mustang has had it's threads stripped and the switch is just loose behind the instrument panel. I've tried finding the part online, but no luck (probably because I'm not sure what it's called).

I checked the major parts chains in town and they do not carry them. I even tried purchasing the entire switch, but they didn't come with the fastener.
