Hey Guys,
I installed my streetdamper with a damper tool, seating it all the way on. Then measuring, the crank pulley is ~1/2 inch more "inboard" than the rest of the pulleys. I pulled it back off to compare to the stock one. Stock is 4" from tip of snout to the pulley surface, the streetdamper is 3 3/8". If I shim the pulley forward, it not on the center ring of the damper. I hate to think not seating it all the way on the crank is the solution??? Please bail me out on this one! I was going to drop the 347 in today but this one stopped me!

Thanks,
vann

Most aftermarket dampers require a spacer. And you have to buy them separate

I used a March spacer for my Fluidamper. The spacer will be machined to center in the dampe and locate the pulleys.

Best to call the company and ask what thickness you need.
