Found a '67 coupe on CL that appears to be on the up and up.

Can you guys help me evaluate it?

Here's the post: Restored 1967 Mustang (trades considered)

Also pictures of the rust areas attached.

If they went to all the trouble to do the floors they should have taken the time to fix the other issues .The quarters rust may be into the wheel tubs as well. the Inner door shells will probably be rusty as well I would look it over well .I believe it is a bit high for what repairs still need to be done .

All the panel alignment on the car looks very good ,doesnt look like any wreck damage .I you were able to do the repairs your self ,and the rust is no more than what is shown it may not be a bad deal ,but the rust repair will not be cheap and it will have to be repainted so take all that into consideration .

Should I offer 10k?

You would be lucky to get the repairs and paint for 2-3 K ,paint alone will be an easy 2 K

It looks like a decent car if there is no more rot than what is shown .New motor and front suspension ,it would be a driver for now if you do the repairs later on .If you could get it for 10 may not be a bad deal ,but look it over well for more rot .

Check up in the cowl under the dash for rot and look inside the wheel tubs ,small areas needing patches would not be to bad but if wheel tubs are bad or cowl is bad it could cost you .
