need help fast removing door trim inside

Was wondering if you culd tell me how to remove the interior side of the door panel. I poped most of the clips off but something is holding it in the middle of the door and I cannot figure out what it is thanks.

If all the clips are out I believe you'll need to lift "UP" on the whole panel to get it out. I'm assuming that all of your door hardware is off as well.
