bought an 06 GT yesterday and it has the factory spoiler, but i want to change it quickly. does anybody make a true "ducktail" spoiler that will cover the factory holes? the one like the classic design concepts spoiler is the one i am thinking about, street scene makes one like as well. but i don't think either of these cover the holes. help!!!

The Roush spoiler covers the holes.

Roush removes the factory spoiler from the cars they get from Ford and install their own spoiler.

Xenon makes one... but I don't know for sure that they cover up the holes. Might call first.

3DCarbon makes a nice one. This is the one I want.

Cervini's does not cover factory holes. I e-mailed tech to ask just that and was told it did not.

Sounds like somebody at Cervini's doesn't know what they are talking about. I talked to somebody just last week and they said the opposite. They do have two versions of their ducktails. Maybe one covers and the other doesn't.

2 ducktails? i see a ducktail on the C500 and a pedestal mount with ducktail on the B-series kits.

if you look at the yellow B series kit, it appears that the ducktail on that one is shorter than the C500 kit spoiler. could be the difference we are talking about. the B series uses a ducktail and a pedestal mount from what i can see in the pics.

it also says that the pedestal mount spoiler with the ducktail spoiler covers the factory holes. the pedestal spoiler probably covers the factory holes, and not theTYPE II ducktail. cervinis wont let me link anything, so you will have to check the site for yourself.

it is bolted with two new holes you GET to drill, and double sided tape. the pieces that are on the 1/4 can be bolted and taped as well, but he decided to only use the double sided tape for these pieces.
