I have 1968 mustang coupe with manual steering, a 302v8, and auto transmission. I ordered a complete front suspension rebuild kit but the tie rod ends were the wrong size. For me to get the correct parts from my supplier they are asking for the numbers off of the spindle. I found the spindle part #31078 but that is not the one they need. They tell me it should start have numbers like: C8ZA-D or something like that. Everything is extremely rusty and the upper control arm is busted so it is very difficult to turn the wheels. Can some one tell me exactly where to look to find the correct part number? If I know where to look it will save me a lot of time and grief. Thanks.
