Hey all,

I have a 2000 GT that has blown a control arm bushing. I do not know what company made these control arms and I need help identifying them.

The control arms are red. They are not tubular, they are boxed. They also have grease fittings at both ends. anyone have any idea what company might have manufactured them?

I am hoping that I can just get a new bushing, insert it and go. I am not wanting to buy new control arms right now. Thanks for your help.

Mac had red ones, but I don't remember them having grease fittings.

Edit: can you get a pic?

I would guess MAC's as well. And I'm pretty sure they do have grease zerks.

For some, for the price of good bushings, you could almost buy new control arms...hell, that's what I did then turned around and sold the old ones (completely disclaiming that they needed new bushings) on Ebay for waaay too much...
I think they sold for about $100 (Steeda Steel LCAs) on Ebay, but a complete set of bushings from Steeda costs about $80...go figure...
I just went down to the local speed shop and bought what they had in stock (Hotchkis) for $125...

lvmustanggt, you are correct. I had to do what I had to do. Being military doesnt afford me alot of time so that's why I put the best description that I could. Thanks for everyone's help. I contacted MAC/sent them pics they confirmed. New set of bushings for upper/lower control arms for $50 and they are enroute. once again, thanks for everyone's help.
