Need Help!!!!! Intake Swap

I have a 96 GT and I had to replace the intake because the old one cracked, the swap went fine with no problems, but now I have a miss and I can not find the problem. I replaced the sparkplugs and it helped, but after a few days it started missing, back firing and the check engine light came on. Does anyone know what the deal is?

Have the code checked but I'm betting it is a misfire. You probably have moisture in one of the plug wire boots. That is why it helped when you swapped plugs. Either dry them all out or replace them if they have some age.

+1 I had the same problem on my 4.6 Tbird. Turns out it was a tiny crack in the intake that let coolant drain into one of my plugs.
