Dude its just 4 bolts its not like its a big ordeal. It might take you 2 minutes to take it off. Sorry no pics. If you can lock and unlock your doors you can do it.

if you cant find the two top bolts, its because its behind a black grommet. just pull it off and its behind there. i believe its 4 10MM bolts. get yourself a rachet/10MM socket and youre good to go

IMO, it looks better without. We took our off, but there were marks underneath that we couldn't remove...and it bothered me to the point that I put em back on. They weren't too bad, and I cleaned em up, but any marks on a black and true blue Stang stand out to me.
Anyway, you'll also need nylon hole plugs to fill the holes. They just pop in and were sealed with clear silicone sealant. Made by Hillman and available at Lowes hardware store, they come in black or white and, or course, can be painted.
As far as making a difference - yeah, it does...it slows you down in the 1320! You can pick up a MPH or two by removing it!

You will gain a mph or so in the quarter mile.
Other then that,it's a personal preference.
And welcome aboard.

I take mine off once in a while. I can't make up my mind if i like it wingless or not.

If my car was lowered with deep dish bullitts, i would leave it off....but stock, i am not sure.

I take it off when i go to the track!

Anyone know what plugs you can use for the rear wing delete on
a 96-98 GT? Anyone know what size plugs fits a 96-98?
