--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

OK i had to replace my intake due to the coolant tube cracking. When i took the spark plug wires off i did not worry about the order because i have a chiltons manual for the car.
Well when i went to replace the wires, the diagram in the manual, did not match the numbers on the coil. I have looked in a brothers catalog that had the order in there and it was different than the chiltons. Did a search on modular depot, and got a 3rd diagram that is different then the other 2 sources.
So now i am completely confused. I have the order for the 5.0 burned in the brain, but not the 4.6.

can someone please give me the correct diagram for the order.

Great diagram, but which is the left and which is the right. Looking at the motor from the front. I think the top is the left and the bottom is the right.
Because i know 1 is on the left, but just making sure.

it's the opposite as it says when you are standing in front of the car so the lh coil pack is mounted on the drivers side and the rh on on the passenger side
