Need Help W/ 1968 Mustang Remote Control Side Mirror, Driver Side

For some reason, the metal housing which holds the mirror is loose. It's loose and I can't seem to figure out how to tighten it. I hope my question makes sense.

Yes ,the head mounting screw is loose .It is from the under side in the base ,you will have to take the mirror off and tighten it .
