Need help with GT Side skirts

Ok I recently got a new front fender, but the fender does not have the metal mounting bracket needed for the GT ground effect. Im planning on buying that bracket from mustang unlimited. My question is how do you install it onto the side skirt and what tools do I need? (drill? rivet gun?) Thanks

oh and Im having trouble finding the brackets on Mustang Unlimited, what should I search for?

yeah you need a drill and rivet gun, the steel brackets come with rivits but some of them are plastic so be prepared to buy some metal ones. Also the brackets come just as steel so if you don't want them rusting off then I suggest you paint them first. I used POR-15, so they shouldn't rot any time soon. Good luck, the effort is definatly worth it. Mine looks awesome

Buy the way I got the brackets at my local Ford dealership, they aren't that expensive, I think I redid all of mine for less than $100 cdn

When my friend did his, we screwed the bottoms and used trim tape for the tops, 2 years ago and it still looks great.

I would just buy the proper brackets, then you would have a more original look, but that's me.
