so im browsing parts shopper to check out some lowering springs. what caught my eye were the FRPP lowering springs. i notice they have two different types of springs, B springs and C springs. the b springs are rated at 430 in the front and 200/300 in the back. the c springs are rated at 650 in the front and 200/300 in the back. what are the differences in the rate? which one should i go with?

thanks in advance

B springs are "progressive rate" springs...They'll drop your car about an inch, but still ride softer like stock.

C springs will drop your car about the same, but ride a little stiffer...however still very streetable and my personal pick.

JW, how much do the C springs drop your car? My girl is thinking of picking them up when she gets some 18x9 Saleens on her Stang. If its not even noticeable, i might tell her to get the Eibach Pro-Kit with some Mach1 Shocks/Struts

Those are what I have on my car for the past 6 months or so. Finally today I'm getting an alignment on it.
I haven't had any problems to date.

I had put on C springs when I had an 01GT a couple years ago. Was pretty dissapointed at the modest, almost unnoticable drop. Didn't look dropped if you didn't originally know how high a mustang sits.

teh C-springs are the ones that are on teh Bullit so it would be about only 3/4 - 1" in the front and about thesame for the rear. Just go with the eibach pro kit
