I have a 95 Mustang I did some MODs on this winter. First I put on an Aeromotive Fuel system. With the new aermotive fuel rails a stock distributor will not work. So I bought a MSD shorty PN8579. MSD said it would work for my application, but I have to buy a new Ignition. So I bought the 6BTM since I have a Supercharger. And I bought a MSD coil and harness for the coil. I got the new distributor and found out the wrong gear was on it. It had an Iron gear which cant be used for a roller cam. So I bought a steel gear from MSD. I got it on and installed everything. Now that everything is on I realized that there is no way for the stock PCM to know what the timing is and the stock PCM has no way to send a single to the injectors to tell them when to pulse. So after all this time, labor and MONEY I still have a car that won't run. ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE>>>>>>

Crane makes great ignition products for our Foxes...

Sorry.

You got the right stuff from Aeromotive? I've seen several stangs around here running their billet rail kit with stock distributors no problem, something doesn't sound right.

The stock distributor hits the aeromotive fuel rail. I've heard of guys shimming the fuel rail away from the intake or grinding part of the fuel rail away. Neither of which I thought was a good idea.

Is it possible that the fuel rails might be different side to side?
