Need help

I have a 88 mustang gt t top car .wont start theres no clicking or prime form the fuel pump or solenoid Engine turn over but wont fire i jump the test port to ground and nothing no power at the inertia switch wires the inertia switch has been eliminated i can jump the fuel solenoid and the pump run i have a new ecu and it change nothing fusible link??? Where are they? Colors?? Any ideas

Do you have a good ground at your ecu?

Not sure ECU is just lose in the kick panal dont see any ground not sure how to check and where to look for one

You just get this car or you've had it and just developed this problem?
the reason I asked is you stated the ecu is loose in the kick panel.

Just bought the car was told it run when parked do to a brake lines had good plates on it
